I listen and work intuitively, and respond to what’s present, whether that’s emotional release, energetic clearing, grounding, rebalancing, or deep rest. Sessions often support a sense of lightness, clarity, and reconnection, allowing your own healing intelligence to lead the way.
Women's Circles
My women’s circles are spaces of shared presence, connection, and remembrance. Held with care and intention, these circles offer time to slow down, be witnessed, and reconnect with yourself alongside other women.
Through conversation, reflection, and gentle ritual, we create a sense of belonging and nourishment, a reminder that you don’t have to do everything alone.
1:1 Story Work
Storywork offers a supportive space for clarity, reflection, and verbal processing. Through gentle questioning, honest conversation, and intuitive listening, we create room for things to be spoken, felt, and released. This work is especially supportive if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads, helping you untangle what you’ve been holding in and move forward with greater ease and sense of self.
