Here at Dawn, Amy is offering Women's Health Physiotherapy appointments, to support women at all stages of life with their pelvic health. She supports women during pregnancy and through postpartum recovery, and offers the comprehensive post-natal check, The Mummy MOT. 

She is a Chartered Physiotherapist, a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric & Gynaecological Physiotherapists, and Registered with the HCPC.

Mummy MOT

I support women during pregnancy and through post partum recovery, and offer a comprehensive post-natal check, The Mummy MOT. This is an initial assessment following pregnancy and birth to assess posture, abdominals and pelvic floor, provide tailored treatment and support to enhance recovery.

Yoga

My classes are focused on bringing awareness to your mind and body, and are designed to calm your nervous system & create deep inner connection. 

 

My classes focus on breath-led movement in her Nurturing Flow, where we explore meditation, pranayama, stretching and strengthening postures, and hold space for you to access deep relaxation. 

Scar Therapy Assessment

As a Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner, I provide scar therapy assessment and treatment for those with new and old scars. I offer personalised assessment and treatment for those with incontinence, prolapse, chronic pelvic pain and support during the menopause.
