Whether your birth was exactly as you wanted or complicated by unexpected experiences, a reflection offers a safe, compassionate space for your story to be heard and you are supported to make sense of your experience.

A slow relaxing full body treatment that allows you to pause and reconnect with your body.
Therapeutic Massage
A focussed deep tissue treatment for particular problem areas such as painful back, neck and shoulders or sports related aches and pains
Soothing Pregnancy Massage
A soothing treatment for the mum to be, helping you to pause and rest, while also relieving pregnancy aches and pains
Tranquil Postpartum (New Mum) Treatment
A healing therapeutic treatment with nourishing Neals Yard organic oils, using a blend of relaxing and deep tissue techniques. Helps you to reconnect with your body, ease aches and pains from pregnancy, labour and delivery, as well as aches from awkward early feeding positions.
Mindfulness for wellbeing practice
One to one practice either as an introduction to mindfulness and ways to be mindful in everyday life, or to support your regular mindfulness practice. Mindfulness can support anxiety, depression, overwhelm, pain management and general wellbeing.
